Assumption of Risk: I understand and voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participating in the tour or activity organized by Curio Club LA, including but not limited to injuries, death, or property damage.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Curio Club LA, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the tour or activity, including but not limited to claims for negligence.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curio Club LA, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the tour or activity.
Medical Conditions: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the tour or activity and have disclosed any and all medical conditions that may affect my ability to do so.
Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of my name, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes by Curio Club LA.
Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between me and Curio Club LA and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
