The Stories & Secrets of Rubel Castle

Join us on Sunday, May 17th for a very special, unique tour of Rubel Castle, to include access to areas that are not typically included in the regular tours, as well as the opportunity to run your very own print on one of their antique printing presses.

We will be led on a full tour of the castle, by one of the last living and arguably the best storytelling relatives, Scott Rubel. He will show us all of the various rooms that are accessible (no private living spaces), including the small bar onsite and the printing shop, where each attendee will make their very own Rubel print on a Vandercook cylinder press. About midway through the event we will sit down with Todd Lerew, author of Also On View: Unique and Unexpected Museums of Greater Los Angeles.
